Edward Snowden: granted temporary asylum in Russia for 1 year.



The most wanted man on earth Edward Snowden has been granted temporary asylum in Russia.

 Edward Snowden has been known as a computer analyst who revealed widespread surveillance by the United States.

The Russian President Vladimir Putin’s and Edward Snowden have agreed to stop....




 leaking the nature of documents causing humiliation to the US government. Snowden called the development a victory for the rule of law.

“Over the past eight weeks we have seen the Obama administration show no respect for international or domestic law, but in the end the law is winning. I thank the Russian Federation for granting me asylum,” he said.
He leaves Moscow airport for secret safe house after consenting to stop leaking US information.
His lawyer Anatoly Kucherena, said Mr. Snowden is free to live in Russia and where he lives would remain secret because “the issue of security is very important for him”.
